Prefabricated metal workshops are entirely prefabricated by the factory (Zhongda), thus minimizing the troubles that follow. In a prefabricated steel workshop, cutting is done by CNC and welding on an H-beam assembly machine, the welding quality conforms to the GB/T 12469-2016 standard. The surfaces are treated by shot blasting (Sa2.5 grade), followed by coating with an epoxy zinc-rich primer (80μm) and an acrylic topcoat (60μm), giving the metal a rust-proof life of beyond 15 years.
