Q1: Is the installation manual going to be charged separately?
A. The installation manual is complementary to the product delivery at no extra cost. It will be issued to customers together with the products in electronic form (PDF) and, if necessary, the key-step in paper format.
Q2: Is there a way for customers to Zhongda for installation guidance on a technical level?
A. Of course. When installing, the customer may come across technical difficulties that can be solved simply by asking the questions to Zhongda's technical group (for example, complicated node treatment, equipment matching problem). In such cases, they can call the service desk number that is in the contract or write the e-mail designated for them. We offer you remote help (like a video guide, drawing annotation, etc.) that solves technically the problem completely.
Q3: Can the warranty be void if the installation is of low quality?
A. In the warranty period and within the scope of the product warranty, the supplier is liable to carry out contractually all quality issues resulting from the manufacturing or engineering of the supplier (e.g. material failure, processing mistake). If there are any issues caused by improper installation (e.g. welding not following manual specs), Zhongda will be ready to collaborate in the evaluation and, after an agreement, provide the solution to repair (the customer is responsible for the costs).
