As one of the most important hubs in Northeast China, the Dalian North Railway Station required a roof system that was both structurally robust and visually open.
Our factory employed 3D CNC pipe cutting and full-penetration welding techniques to ensure these complex nodes were seamless. The roof system utilizes high-strength Steel Pipe Trusses, creating a column-free visual experience for passengers while withstanding heavy snow and wind loads typical of the coastal region.
Project 2: Shenyang Metro Line 9 (Caozhong Vehicle Depot)
Focus: Massive Industrial Coverage & Production Efficiency
A metro vehicle depot is essentially a "home" for trains—a massive industrial complex requiring acres of covered space for maintenance and parking. The Caozhong Depot covers a colossal footprint, demanding thousands of tons of standardized structural components delivered in a tight timeframe.
For this project, efficiency was key. We utilized our Automated H-Beam Production Lines to mass-produce the columns and roof beams. By standardizing the fabrication process, we ensured that every component was identical in tolerance, allowing for rapid "Lego-style" assembly on site. The structure features a multi-span portal frame design, optimized to provide maximum clear height for the metro trains and overhead cranes.
